Australia’s NBN plan dwarfs global efforts

A report released this week claimed the global ICT sector was showing signs of recovery, with investments in national broadband network plans forming a central component of government efforts to stimulate growth, reports IT News.

The report, prepared by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), said the global ICT sector is in a stronger position than it was at the end of the dotcom bust.
